Please read these terms carefully before booking. By signing your charter contract, you acknowledge and accept all terms below on behalf of your group.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with B.K. Charter Inc.'s Invoice/Contract, constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any other promises, representations, or conditions in any other agreement, whether oral or written.
The signature of the customer, group, or passenger constitutes full and complete understanding of this agreement. The booking party agrees to advise all passengers of these terms of service.
Payments and/or balance must be paid by the due date stated on your charter contract. The charter is subject to cancellation if payments or the signed agreement are not received by the specified due dates.
Your cost is based on the services detailed in your contract and is subject to change in accordance with your actual itinerary. The customer agrees to pay any unforeseen charges including but not limited to: fuel increases, extended service time (hourly), extra destinations, waiting time, parking, permit fees, and tolls.
BK Charter Inc. will make every effort to maintain the schedule submitted by the customer. However, such schedule is not guaranteed and we will not be liable for delays caused by: incorrect itinerary information, last-minute changes, traffic, acts of God, strikes, riots, authorities of law, terrorism, hazardous weather or road conditions, accidents, breakdowns, or any other condition beyond our control.
The company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown during charter service and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in the event of a mechanical issue during service.
All circumstances will be taken into consideration. If an emergency or extenuating situation arises, please contact us as early as possible at (301) 423-3567.
Use of the vehicle for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. BK Charter Inc. reserves the right to terminate service and charge the full amount of services if the driver observes any passenger conducting illegal activity or in possession of any illegal substance.
Passengers under 21 years of age will not be permitted in any vehicle when alcoholic beverages are present, unless accompanied by an adult over 21.
BK Charter Inc. reserves the right to terminate service and charge the full amount if the driver discovers a passenger under 21 in possession of an alcoholic beverage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all BK Charter vehicles. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum mandatory $275.00 cleaning fee.
If smoking is detected by the driver, BK Charter Inc. reserves the right to terminate service and charge the full contracted amount.
Excessive cleanup, damage, or repairs are the responsibility of the customer, group, or passengers. Fees may be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation, gum, smoking residue, spills, or other damage left in the vehicle.
BK Charter Inc. is not liable for any property or personal effects left in the vehicle by the customer, group, or passengers. Please ensure all valuables are taken with you when exiting the vehicle.
Once you receive your contract, a signed copy confirms your reservation and your acceptance of these terms.
